Just been treated like , nothing. They just lost a sale 300. I would go on line the clothes are cheaper . Who ever is manager need sacking .

Space is packed with clothing but I rather have that than no thing to pick from. Friendly and approachable staff. Lucky to land some good deals. When mentioned that there is 5% discount online, same was applied in store.

I feel I need to raise my concerns. How I was treated instore today by one your member of staff at your Superdry store in Telford, West Midlands. When I attended the store late Sunday morning. I was greeted by a member of staff. After browsing around the store for a few minutes to maybe buy a coat for my partners birthday on Friday. I noticed that that the member of staff that greeted us was following me and my partner around the store. The Female member of staff made it obvious and I walk out of the store because I didnt want to cause a scene by confronting her in the store. I suffer with anxiety and my anxiety levels when through the roof. Where I couldnt enjoy myself where I went into a handful of shops after that I feel I was been watched and so in secured what I was wearing a basketball cap with my outfit. Me, my partner both work for the NHS and work hard for our wages that we both like nice things. That I dont feel comfortable shopping at your Telford store anytime soon.
