I recently booked in with Caroline following some pain with my hamstring. Caroline is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. This makes it so easy to ask questions about the process and what actions you need to do post-session to help aid the recovery. Think Physio, think 7Therapy

My first visit to Caroline today. She was fantastic, great energy and an absolute professional. She took time to understand my history and any specific areas of concern. Before shed finished I knew Id be booking in with her again. Carolines vast experience working with a variety of clients shines through. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great ability to put you at ease. I would strongly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
