        I always use this timpsons at southwater Telford mainly for the life time battery. This visit I left my 2 watches for battery change and forgot to pick them back up I telephoned as soon as I got home but it wasn't a problem with the staff at all they are all very helpful and polite and said no problem we will keep them safe until you are able to come in and pick them up which they did so Many thanks to the staff x

        Wanted to get my house key cut... they asked for my ID (thats fine) but also my house address? Seems super stupid to ask for that as they can easily store the key information / cut another one and Rob me dry lol. You are NOT getting to my Crippling Metallic car collection.

        Excellent customer service. Wellington branch didn't have the car fob I needed replacing. The gentleman there phoned the town centre branch to check they had one, which they did. A speedy service, the key fits perfectly. Thank you

        Tom at this store spent a couple of hours trying to get the code from my very damaged ignition key. He persevered and was able to sort me a new ignition key in-between serving, on his own, on a very busy Saturday afternoon. He closed the shop and came to the car in the carpark when I arrived (I couldn't turn ignition off, long story!). Sorted new key, closed shop again and came back to car to make sure everything worked OK. Tom's knowledge, perseverance and great customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for getting me out of a fix.
