The service was very friendly and helpful. Although, the food was absolutely appalling. I had a simple peri peri chicken burger and without a doubt, was the worst burger I have ever had. I must say of eaten no more than 3 bites before I decided I couldnt stomach any more. The chicken was completely bland, no seasoning or peri peri sauce, I was simply eating plain chicken with a bit of cheese and absolutely loads of lettuce. When I advised the servers I would not be paying for the burger they were more than helpful, with exception of the manager who never apologised for the disgusting food and gave me and my partner a filthy look. Never eat at this place.

Went there last night place is a joke they was hardly anything you could order because they had run out of most things I wanted to order than I tried ordering drinks first 2 things I wanted they didnt have and when I finally got two bottles of beer they was warm from out the back not even in the fridge obviously there is no manger there or if there is they should be sacked because there not capable of running anything total disappointment food was nice but the burger was the size of something that would be on the kids menu at any other place and the price was very high for very little food

Very odd atmosphere.. we'd booked a table and when we arrived there was no more than 3 groups of people here, strange for Saturday at 6pm. After speaking to 3 members of staff (very awkwardly- nobody seemed to know what the hell was happening and had no idea about the menu when asked) regarding our booking, we were eventually told to "sit wherever". We sat and looked at the menu. There was shortages of some food which is fair enough but after telling the waitress what we wanted, there was confusion over what was actually available.. turns out, not much. The atmosphere was totally off- there were staff hanging around hugging each other, the music is so loud you can't hear a thing and everytime you had an enquiry you were met with a state and someone "going to get *insert name here*". We ended up leaving and popping somewhere else for dinner. Staff would benefit greatly from more customer service training and menu knowledge.

Fancied somewhere different to eat, we had tried here before but were pre-warned by the staff straight away they had a booking for 45people due in 15minutes so went elsewhere, but this evening there were no large party bookings, Jess took our order promptly and 2 large milkshakes arrived within 5minutes, food only took 15-20minutes and was decent portion and tasted great, daughter had Mac n Cheese hotdog, which she loved, I had burger which was well cooked and lots of flavour. Portions are large enough that desserts weren't required. Thank-You for a great experience

Service was very good, but my chicken burger was tiny and my fellas burger was cold. It was very mediocre. Wont be going there again
