Annabel Church Lettings

I have been renting a room in a property managed by them for 7 months. Before signing the contract they were very responsive and cordial but after signing the contract they never replied to any of my emails, some of them requesting important reparations in the house. Apart from that, they did not even showed up for a final inspection of my room, which I left perfectly clean and in a much greater state than it was initially given to me. After leaving the key in the room as requested from the agent, TF, in her only communication with me, she did not send me any email, text, phone call or any other sort of communication, which is already fairly unprofessional. After requesting months later my deposit, I receive an email from the Deposit Protection Service and it turns out that they only want to give me 25 back, which is obviously ridiculous. They did not even send me a reason for this and I have even paid the last month in full while I stayed only half of it. They are the least professional company I have ever dealt with.

This company leave keys with cocaine fuelled criminals that are not part of the company, very unprofessional. Lack of communication. No repairs completed Would not even recommend to homeless.

Never got to these people! I had to end my tenancy early due to a circumstance which I could not help! I got told I would be getting my deposit back for the property I was in as I left it clean and tidy with no damage! The agent told me I would be getting my deposit back no problems. They are no saying I wont get it back because I lost my job. This is a joke. False pretence saying I would.
