I was very stressed of my damaged pipe (my pipe just broke) when I called but very friendly on the phone and I was able to send a photo with the issue straight away. I was called back with a quote and they told me someone will be with me in half and hour.
The team was on time, very friendly and ready to fix due to the picture I sent earlier. Job done and verified within 15 minutes.
I can say from the time the pipe broke to be fixed was about one hour.
They answered and checked all my silly questions and requests related to the job and more plumbing questions.
Great!!!! Good value for money! In the week running to Christmas!
