Ok. My Partner and I had less than a minutes work done in September 2020. My Partner was told the invoice would be forwarded in the near future and not informed how much call out charge would be. Which turned out be 60 for less than a minutes work. Fast forward to February 2021 we received a threatening letter stating we had several invoices and would incur solicitors fees and court costs and formal debt recovery. We received no such invoices over this period so I contacted the company as soon as I opened the letter (9pm). Well customer service is an utter disgrace! The accountant and apparent lawyer whom I spoke to, basically didn't want to know and just kept blaming the Royal mail and we should have contacted Blair Heating. Fair point on the last comment. I said that as the company is less than half a mile away surely it would make sense to just knock the door which is apparently harassment but it's OK to be threatening via mail?. I was not allowed to explain myself properly as I was constantly interrupted and spoken to poorly. I stated at the start of the phone conversation I would be paying the bill but just wanted an explanation which I never received other than blaming Royal mail and didn't get any acknowledgement of the fact I really wanted to sort out the problem.
