        When visiting Sainsburys Telford on 11/02/23 I was near the pharmacy counter and couldnt help but overhear / witness a member of staff (female, slim, dark brown/black mid length hair) speak to and treat an older lady very badly. She spoke to her with a very unkind tone, had little to no patience with her and actually scowled and frowned at the lady who had called for assistance (she came out from behind when the lady called for help). I wish I had raised it at the time, I was just very shocked by it. I understand times are difficult, but a person like this should not be in a customer facing role.

        So things are bad at moment everywhere! But the service Ive had today was brilliant, big queue to get in Sainsburys quick phone call and Perscription delivered to our car outside, thank you and stay safe
