Rowlands Pharmacy Hadley

I decided to change my designated pharmacy to rowlands hadley 6months ago as it was nearer to home bad mistake, I've collected 3 times for my 2 monthly prescriptions and each time something was missing today is the last resort I'm going back to my original pharmacist inconvenience as it is I know it will be right.

Awfull service rude, caught lying to me saying they sent my prescription to head office and will return later as couldnt be bothered , waited 3 days for emergency medication on the second and on the third occasion. Said I already collected when I didnt , went back Later. And surprise it was there Moved to Lloyds direct never ever had such service so bad from a single pharmacy on a consistent basis

Best avoid. I've been in a few times, and every time they either give incorrect advice, can't find prescriptions that have been sent to them, or randomly decide to close. Plus general poor customer service, they clearly grudge having to be there!

Rude staff, can't be bothered to serve you. They stand around chatting to each other not working it took 38 minutes for them to tell me they haven't got my strength of tablet, but yesterday they told me on the phone 'yes we've got quiet a few, that's why I had the script sent there....bloody hopeless if I could - star I would. If you don't want to serve or deal with the public, go get another job elsewhere
