Slowest Pharmacy known to man. 3 months since I posted this review and believe it or not its now even slower Staff standing around chatting, customers queuing out of the door. Think you need some business management skills.

Getting through on the phone is seemingly impossible, I'd have more chance of winning the lottery. I've always found the staff lovely in person and they can't help the queues but at times they definitely don't help themselves when they stand about chatting. At least hide round the back so we don't have to see.

Staff just stand around chatting and not moving customers along even when the queue is very long. They have no customer service skills at all and don't care that people are waiting. 25 mins yesterday to collect meds whilst the staff just stood around talking one customer pulled them up on it and said "is anyone going to serve us" needs staff training and a little more courtesy
