The worst pharmacy is Ive ever been too, doesnt even deserve a 1 star.. very rude staff. And leaving you waiting for long periods of time. Ive never felt so uncomfortable in a pharmacy in my whole life.

Wait 30+ minutes for a prescription even though they have 5 members of staff, had to give name 4 times the worst lady with grey hair and glasses goes who are you give me a name after already giving her colleagues a name, she then goes shes doing it, shes doing it because I was talking to someone about the wait. Then she walks out the back into the store saying Im going to strike someone in a minute and itll be that man over there moaning, whats wrong with you? You need a beer or something along those lines just been blatantly rude was also rude to the other 2 people waiting acting like everyone was being an inconvenience to them very unwelcoming and rude wasnt all of the staff just the one lady being rude and 2 others moaning about having to do stuff. Never experienced anything like it wasnt sure whether to just laugh or what, go to the pharmacy round the corner if you go here youll be dead by the time you get your prescription with the heat in there.

Loss my service today. Was accused being a liar after noticing something I brought was 4 YEARS out of date! Blonde hair lady still tried to accuse me of being liar even when the young girl who served me before TOLD her she was the one who got it out and GAVE IT ME. I was so close to demand the cctv. My partner had to come with me as I'm a vulnerable adult & don't deal with situations like this very easily. Stupidly when I brought it I didn't think I needed the receipt, even though it would appear on my banking app. If it wasn't for the young girl being there I wouldn't have had a replacement or even a refund and it wasn't CHEAP. But I wouldn't have left the store. Not everyone is a nasty piece of work who would con others. I didnt need this after spending time in hospital last 2 weeks as I was seriously poorly. Not happy AT ALL. No apology I wasn't going to back down. Felt so embarrassed as there was a woman and a boy in there. Note to anyone reading this check the date. The state of the box should have given it away but I was on my own first time and I do have ASD and other problems so I dont pick things up as quick. Not first time I've had problems with this lloyds as i had to make a complaint to the council last year over an issue. Notice my last comment wasn't uploaded from last year.

Every time I ring that place they never pick up ,I have even stood outside rang and watched them look at the phone do not waist you're time with these idiots.
