Very friendly, but very busy

First of all the positive, the staff are friendly enough. Now the negatives, often not enough staff on the counter. When you arrive at 9.00 and are third in the queue to be told that your prescription will be 40 minutes, they've only just opened and already 40 minutes waiting time, really. Constantly ask customers to write their details down so they can find the prescription, surely there is a quicker system. Often have to go back because they haven't got your medicine in stock. Sorry to say I will be going elsewhere for my prescriptions. What a shame that the staff are let down by a system that clearly does not work.

Staff are personable friendly and brilliant at their jobs. A proper community service!

Every single time I come to pick up my medication I get misgendered, despite writing my pronouns down. Staff definitely need to be educated on how to cater to LGBTQ+ people.
