        Nice staff and decent job but managed to charge us a large dog rate for our spaniel, first time there, wont bother going back when you pay 50 and there better groomers out there that charge much less

        We've taken our dog to The Groom Room 4 times for a long haired groom. He's a very nervous, anxious dog and at times needs a muzzle The girls are brilliant with him, and can even remove his muzzle to groom him. They are very patient and clearly love the dogs they see. Ben comes out happy, smelling gorgeous and looking so handsome. The groom is first class, they do exactly what we ask and I've no worries about leaving him there. 10/10

        Bad communication again, staff have poor attitudes, have tried on two occasions now to book our dog for a groom which they have gotten wrong twice, not flexible to rectify an issue - WASTE OF TIME
