    I have been trying to withdraw my tax free amount from my pension since October 2022 and have been told lie after lie , Reassure are a joke, they employ compulsive Liars and I have now employed the services of a financial adviser who have informed me they have broken financial conduct laws in the handling of my case , they have promised the money to be transferred on a number of occasions and the amount to be Payed out yet again another lie, I am now going to contact HMRC FRAUD DEPARTMENT as this is classed as fraud for holding onto funds that by law do not belong to them I.e the PHEONIX GROUP . I have obtained all company directors names and the positions they hold . (I suggest everyone with a complaint does the same as this is not right or legal )

    Poor service, trying to obtain my pension details from a legal & general pension that was transferred. Sent in all of my details as requested heard nothing back, contacted them again by phone they now need more details, told they would send me a form straight away, no form arrived. I have now sent them my details for a second time with the additional information, I won't hold my breath.

    Terrible customer service. Although not a direct customer, I have had nearly a year's experience of this company's communication with customers. Utterly appalling customer service. Not one single request for information or action has been completed on the first attempt. They are just unable to act upon clear, simple requests for action and information. Several outstanding actions remain after multiple clear, direct requests made many months ago.

    Can't contact them by phone, they have a callback facility, so you leave your number and details and they don't call you back. Thankfully I won't need to deal with them much longer.
