Called in today, the staff very friendly and helpful. However for some reason despite it being a cold day, the Air Conditioning was on blowing cold air. On speaking to the staff they turn it off and it comes back on. In the store for about 10 minutes and my nose was cold, if you want people to stay and browse for goodness sake sort it out. How you expect the staff to work in there is bizarre. Not sure how this is good for the environment wasting all the energy.
