I was referred to Giles Opticians via MECS following a sudden issue with my right eye and was able to get an emergency appointment in the morning the next day. I was seen by the optometrist Mr Rai, whom was friendly, very thorough and informative throughout the appointment, in fact more informative than from what I have experienced in other opticians and even the hospitals. The receptionists were polite and the premises was very clean and tidy. Mr Rai seemed generally interested in my well being, without any pressure to purchase additional services or products, despite being an independent smaller business.

My wife had an appointment Giles opticians with Mr Rai. The staff, service and examination were excellent, Mr Rai was very thorough and very polite. He took his time with the examination and explained everything he was doing and the results. He was very patient with my wife as she is hard of hearing even with hearing aids. We can totally recommend this opticians to everyone, you wont get a better service anywhere else.

Needed an emergency appointment due to an eye injury and Giles opticians saw me within 30 mins of my phone call. Excellent service, care and support. Highly recommended
