        Excellent service all round from being greeted to leaving. A massive thank you to Adam who tested my eyes for me.

        Visited for sight test due to concerns with cloudy vision in one eye. Greeted by Deb who was lovely and introduced me to Irena who checked my details. Irena was very polite and forwarded me to Russel. Russel completed the arrival proceedure and pre checks including an OCT scan. Russel was very professional and informative. Sight test completed by Jaz. I found Jaz to be excellent, very polite, attentive, gave a through examination of my eyes and explained in detail what has been causing my issue. Jaz showed me my OCT results and explained the detail of each image. Post examination I was handed over to Jack. Jack talked me through possible treatment options should my condition worsen. I found Jack to be both knowledgable and reasuring. I would advise anyone having a sight test to have the OCT scan. Worth every penny as this gives the Optician a wealth of information which is used to determine eye health.All in all, an excellent team of professionals. Thoroughly recommend.
