ASDA Opticians

I had read about Asda Opticians so I thought I would give them a try. I got 2 pairs of varilux glasses, one turned into sunglasses for 160, brilliant price great staff and great quality lenses, cannot fault this service, many thanks too you all.

Having not had very good customer service in the past from Asda Telford opticians, I excepted that what cheaper glasses are , its whats you get . Today I went in to ask for help as my arm broke off my glasses , and was trumertised as I work in retail and the thought of having no glasses I was immediately put at ease and was dealt with by Andy not only was he friendly and compassionate but he dealt with me as a customer with excellent people skills , I will have no qualms in returning to you in the future Well done Asda for recruiting a customer service champion Thankyou Andy again you truly have restored my faith in returning Kind Regards Mandy Ferguson

Am really disappointed in the level of service given to my son today when he collected his glasses, my son has a high prescription and they didnt even take the time to correctly fit his glasses so that they stay where they should. When I called to query this, they said they had been, but I can see from the frames no adjustments have been made.

I called the Asda opticians to make an appointment the earliest they could give me was six weeks away.so i went to another opticians that fitted me in the same day. I then took my prescription back to Asda to purchase some glasses. They told me i needed an appointment to look at glasses I wanted the Glasses a soon as i could as i had not had my eyes tested for 3 years due to Covid. I went back to the other optician and purchased glasses there and then. I am so pleased that Asda can refuse money like this. my thought is how long will it be before we make appointments to get a grocery shop. Since then my wife has purchased glasses from the other company too. Don't think i will be using them in the future.
