Shropshire Eyecare Opticians

Absolutely disgusted with the way Ive been spoken to and treated this morning for trying to book an appointment for 4 kids 2 with asd needs.. I even had to raise my voice as I was being talked all over by the ride women in the phone.. who will be taking my 5,6,7,8 year old off the register. Disgusting way to speak to people because she wouldnt listen to what I had to say. Not very professional on the phone lines this morning.. absolutely disgusted!

Keep phoning me to confirm an appointment I dont have, after multiple times explaining they must have the wrong number, they still phone me and leave voicemails. Ive had to block them.

Very helpfu l mother in law needed a lens taking out specsaver wouldn't do it although she is a customer there , lovely lady did it in 2 minutes plus no charge , thank you

Always a nice welcoming, friendly staff, brilliant with children. Eye exam is always explained in detail and the result. Nice selection of glasses and quick to recieve. Always remind you of appointment and yearly letters too. Wouldn't go anywhere else

After an unhelpful visit to specsavers I decided to try a new opticians, Shropshire Eyecare Opticians was a recommendation. I had a full and very thorough eye test showing a change in prescription. My specific needs have been combined with the new glasses and I now feel confident and happy to wear them all the time. Thank you.
