        Great aunty has been in Morris care homes, unable to move, told she can make her own way to the toilet, following a serious hip surgery, left to lie in her own feces overnight, with no help. Staff left her sat in a cold chair for 5 hours without a blanket unable to move, until a young gentlemen thankfully came and helped her out. Disgusting place, and it should be closed down or completely replaced. Why is the NHS sending people here, disgraceful.

        Contrary to the reviews made before, we couldn't speak highly enough of this home. My father in law was here for about 3 weeks of end of life care. The staff were fantastic. The facilities neat and well cept and the lengths that were gone to by the staff on the day he died were amazing. Maby something has changed since the last reviews. But honestly amazing service and care.

        Got to be one of the worst nursing homes in the area. No respect show for the people they care for. If some of the staff paid as much attention to the people they should be caring for as their mobile phones it could be the best in the world but unfortunately this isn't the case. Shame the few can spoil the efforts of the majority.

        If I could give a zero star rating I would. They dont even deserve 1 star. DO NOT SEND A FAMILY MEMBER HERE!!! My Grandad had been sent to Morris care from hospital, since being there he is not eating(no support or encouragement from so called care staff), no help getting in or out of bed, no physio, the staff dont wash him or care for him in any way and lie about helping him when relatives arrive. He just stays in bed all day everyday. He might as well be invisible-NO CARE PROVIDED AT ALL! He might as well look after himself-if you are someone who works here you should be ashamed of yourselves-the whole place is disgusting and the staff are getting paid for doing absolutely nothing, I am contacting the CQC. You deserve to be shut down!!!!!
