Rude behaviour. Even though the lady gave me exactly what I wanted from the picture I showed her on my phone, being disrespectful and having no manners is unacceptable, hence the one star. Lady who does my nails laughs at me when I kindly requested for her to cut my nails shorter and proceeds to say something in her language when she disagreed with me. She kept throwing my hand back when she was done with one hand. She also caused my finger to bleed as she was being very fast and rough with the nail file...it was hurting me but I just wanted it to be over and done with so didnt say anything. Even after I got home and washed my hands my nails were burning Im guessing my nail beds were damaged after her rough technique. Not to mention she would pause to look at her phone which I presume she was listening to something as she was wearing her air-pods. When I go get my nails done I want to feel relaxed. Not stressed or anxious. Undoubtedly the worst nail salon ever! A couple of years ago was a better experience from what I remember. But from my second time here, I will never be going back.
