Complete medial negligence, prescribing narcotics for pain without seeing patient. Referrals not submitted. Follow up on medical letters from consultants not acted up on. Total disgrace.

This isn't a GP practice. No GP's work here that I am aware of as nobody in my family has ever seen one. I've seen a nurse a couple of times. If you are going to call for an appointment and it's 8:45 don't bother you will be actively refused one and you are unable to appeal to anyone's empathy because nobody manning the phones has any. You can't get a booking for an appointment on any day other than the one you call on and you have a 15 minute window to get one, if you are outside the window you will get the standard response which is to go to an urgent care centre. Hilariously you will get this response after someone has asked for all your symptoms knowing full well they aren't going to do anything about it anyway. Just helps to keep the phone queues as long as possible for maximum frustration. If you dare to sound even remotely frustrated you are likely to get called out or hung up on, however you will receive an ice like reception from the call handler who will cut you off mid sentence and not actually listen to what you are saying. If you ever manage to get an appointment and attend the surgery you will sit in an empty waiting room with nobody in it. There are at least 20+ consultation rooms and nobody waiting... ever. If you go to the surgery to attempt to get an appointment at the desk you'll be refused an appointment. As a family we have had referral letters sent to consultants without ever being assessed, we have been prescribed medication based on a description of symptoms without being assessed or advised what the medication is to treat, we have had blood tests and samples sent in and never heard anything back. For the very few appointments we have had (not with a GP) we have never had a follow up even when one is 100% required. I have a 15 month old child (who has been refused an appointment 3 times in 2023) and another one on the way and my pregnant partner has just been refused an appointment this morning and she's a medical Dr. and articulated her symptoms and concerns to the call handlers! This was at 9:10am.

Becomes a joke when you can't even see a doctor anymore.... it's seems crazy to me that over the phone when speaking to reception that a decision is made to see if you're worthy of see one! Needed to see the doctor this morning with a pretty painful back, explained I've had it over a week and tried the strongest over the counter painkillers I could buy and that it's only getting worse.... I was a bit shocked when they said someone from the pharmacy would give me a call back. I thought that was strange. So the pharmacy have called then told me there's not a lot they can do, didn't understand why it was referred to them in the first place and that he would refer it back to the doctors... I've then rang the doctors and was told I can't see a doctor as all appointments have been given out (this was at 10:20), if I wanted urgent care then to go to A&E..... the place honestly gets worse and worse.
