Secondly, what is the point of having a specialised Plumbfix/Electricfix department, where you are meant to get a specialised service and dedicated team, if I am made to wait until
Screwfix customers are served first and then Im dealt with.
Been waiting just over 6 minutes and have now been asked to wait in the other queue shambolic.
