Great service, they helped us save money on phones and broadband

We paid extra for a laptop to be delivered early and all the software to be installed for Saturday 29th April. Went into store yesterday and it wasn't completed. Told it will be done by the end of the day and ready to collect Sunday 30 April. Went into store to collect and told it wasn't ready and go and have a coffee. I explained that I was told it would be ready and the reply was oh well its not and I can not make it go any faster. To which I replied the customer service is poor and walked out
