I popped into this shop today and was quite underwhelmed. I was not welcomed or even acknowledged. There was an elderly gentleman moving awkwardly around the shop and what I presume was his wife sitting down behind the counter. There was no effort by either to offer help or even a polite hello. That's not what I expect from a small independent shop. Luckily I found another crystal shop nearby which had a warm and welcoming ambiance as soon as I walked in. They were very busy but still found time to greet me and offer assistance. I was more than happy to spend my money there instead.

Debz, is fantastic. I have been visiting Crystal Labyrinth for 20 years, always been absolutely fantastic. Sparkles, mystic and meditation, new age shop. Recently moved premisis to Shrewsbury, Butchers Row from ironbridge, shop looks lovely. Popped in this week, usual happy welcoming atmosphere.

An amazingly set out, well stocked shop! I was in Ironbridge on a little getaway and I'm so happy to have found this place. The lovely lady who served us was extremely helpful and welcoming as well as really knowing her stuff. The crystals themselves were more than fairly priced, compared to other places I have visited and online. Plus they even had a good few I'd never heard of, but the lady was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make my choices. Really happy I got to catch this place before they move! Good look with your new shop!
