I waited over a year for this appointment to get gaslighted in my appointment, left feeling 10X worse than I did going in. It would be lovely to speak to people who genuinely cared.

I don't know what I would have done without her support, calmly talking through my problems and putting me in contact with the correct people to sort issues out. Via Jackie Clay and Sam on their on-line excellent Mindfulness Course.

I have just been partially discharged after treatment for severe PTSD. A very difficult time. But Brendan persevered. It has changed my life I feel physically and mentally so much better. I still have work to do, to get my life back but I am less frightened in dealing with any further issues. Brendan has been fantastic always supportive and very helpful, a real Gentleman. Thank you

Not impressed with service told to get on with life and not dwell on past after only 20 minute session, would not recommend service. No contact since told this.

Would rate 0 stars worst admin team and 6 month waiting list regardless of how serious your mental health is.. honestly just think they want people to kill themselves to save them work
