I have tryed to call the shop in telford for over a week different times and never spoke to anyone .being disabled i cannot get into shop

The service I received at three was great on the day but when I started using my phone I noticed the screen wasn't right, as if there had been liquid under it before it had been fitted. I complained to the store and was made to feel stupid, as if I was making it up. I went back a second time and they still made me feel as though I was being silly, telling me it was grease from where I had been on the phone, I can still see the mark on the screen now (3 months later) it's massive. I will probably stay with three when I go for an upgrade but I'd not go back to the Telford store. It's a very obvious fault with the phone that everyone can see except the people that work there
