Awful place at night the guy with the long hair is so rude he makes you feel terrible asif you shouldnt be shopping there!!how hes still got a job is beyond me seeing all these bad reviews about him Ive rang to speak to the manager today someone answerd hello nothing else I said is this the shell garage he went yeah! I said well thats nice and professional is the manager there could hardly understand him he said call back after 5 that was it end of conversation so day staff arnt much better cant wait to speak to the manager

Uber Eats orders wrong more times than right!!! Called again and staff RUDE and said nothing they can do. Considering the money Ive spent in this shop I will NEVER use them again. Get some decent staff who dont grunt on the phone. !!!!

The garage staff in the day are lovely but the whole place is let down by that rude aggressive night member of staff (long grey hair glasses) I try and avoid going at night for this reason but sometimes its unavoidable, always the same awful attitude of how dare you come here however tonight is possibly the worst, stood by the window waited a couple of minutes nobody there, went to try the door still nobody came went back to the window waited a few more minutes then went and knocked the door where I could see this guy sticking the shelves, he literally shouted abuse at me and carried on stocking the shelf before finally coming over and saying nothing!!! I will NEVER go back there at night and will certainly be telling others not to as well!! Absolutely disgusting and I will be reporting him and making a formal complaint to shell !! Going by the other reviews about him I cant understand why youd continue to employ this awful man !!

Popped here last night, member of staff was incredibly rude, it was about 3am, myself and my partner was staying in the premier Inn next door and wanted a bottle of water, neither of us were intoxicated we were very polite and said hello, he didn't speak / smile, slammed the cubby hole in the window multiple times , when we paid, we said happy new year, he slammed the window shut and walked off without saying a word
