        I brought my Tiffany bracelet in to be repaired, left it with them from tuesday- Saturday. I collected it today to find it is completely ruined. No one said anything when I collected it, and I was charged. I returned to state I was not happy as it was a mess, scratched, the chain was at least 1cm smaller so it no longer fitted. I was given a refund but now left with a ruined bracelet that looks fake! I'm so upset. They had my telephone number so they could have called at any point to say they were not able to repair it or to explain what had happened. If you have expensive or sentimental items please avoid.

        Fantastic jewellers - had a couple of new batteries fitted and the staff could not have been more helpful. Fabulous range of watches and unusually these days, a great range of fob watches. Have tried other jewellers in Wellington but will definitely be using Allums again in the future. You simply cannot beat good polite service - thank you.
