DB Computing

Visited DB Computing for the first time on Saturday, 22nd April 2023. My Samsung Tablet had stopped working for over six hours last night , continually resetting itself and stalling on the start-up screen. I was looking for a local business that might be able to advise me if the tablet might need a new power unit so dropped into DB Computing for an opinion. The two people working behind the counter in a small repair base were very helpful and supportive. They must have ' magic hands' as they were able to switch the tablet on the first time of looking at it. The tablet has continued to work normally ever since! I felt such a fool, but the staff still checked the tablet settings and updates just in case. We talked about possible equipment just in case this tablet has more problems. The staff seem very knowledgeable and have a good range of different computers at very competitive prices . The shop has two entrances with a door onto Market Street at one end and into Wellington Market Hall at the other end of the store . A friendly , knowledgeable business with competitive prices .

I have used D B Computing now on 2 occasions, both times their service has been excellent. They are very reliable and go above and beyond to try and help resolve any issues. In addition, they provide good value for money and will offer a variety of financial options to suit everyone. Also, the are very knowledgeable and will explain fully by talking you through any concerns step by step. Indeed, I have already recommended them to friends and family.
