A disappointing start with this group. The practice manager sorted a problem out and since then we have had the best of care. This is really a caring practice and I feel my husband who has multiple health problems is getting the best of attention now. The care is 100% better than that received at our previous practice in County Durham. We can get a GP phone call within a few days. We get prompt notification and explanation of blood test results. We are confident we have chosen the right GP practice on moving to Madeley.

Never experienced anything negative at this practice but have noticed all those that have left negative comments are all the ones that demand the impossible ..... ain't that funny!!!

Lovely reception staff at this doctors always helpful especially Anne. The health care assistant Lisa is so kind and always friendly and helpful .Thank you

The reception staff are so rude. They love to answer enquiries with a negative spin they really need some training on how to work with a customer centred approach. I have been sat in surgery and heard them talking negatively about other patients and they have no patience when dealing with the elderly who don't quite understand the system. The Dr's in Surgery are great which is why I don't want to change but please please please invest in some training for the admin/reception staff. The NHS Trusts values states all staff should have a person centred approach. This is not being practiced here. They are abrupt, rude and talk to you like you are stupid. Either pay them more so they care about their job more or sort their attitude out. I have had to complain a few times now, the next time will be a formal complaint.
