Rooms are not private,as other staff can hear you taking , might not be what they want to here.private is private. The indervidual that came and knocked on the door and entered.without being accepted, he was dark haired, mid build,looked as a wash would be in order. Said he could hear me next door, he was of a Narsistic attitude he was English. He could of dealt with it better, what an indervidual. Obviously a shortage of physio PRIVATE. Make the rooms more private you charge enough. Was talking about my Muslim friend's, possibly he is Islamaphobic. Who do these self important inderviduals think they are. 11.30 hrs 9/1/2020

Had a delay in calling to make apt, Firstly my physio was away and then I had family emergency to deal with and a holiday, called after a couple weeks to be told my case had been closed with no phone call no notice nothing. Now have to start all over again, problem still not sorted after weeks of treatment.

Dont bother going here. Youll go with an injury and theyll tell you to self manage and discharge you after 2 mins of being in the office. Pathetic service. Waste of NHS money.

I go to see Alex for Plantar Fasciitis. She's very pleasant and experienced. Highly recommend :-)
