If you're thinking of working for this company? My only advise to you is don't... The worst company I've ever worked for, they don't care about what's best for the children or the people they employ... It's not a safe environment, the cars they "make" you drive are a death trap, bold tyres, driver door hanging off, I was made to drive a car with 4 complete bold tyres. If you have no sleep for 24hrs which happens almost every shift you are still expected to work the next day on no sleep and still drive kids around it's disgusting. The pay is always wrong and I'm down by 1600 in total. Awful place... out of 13 that started only 3 I know have remained and even they hate it so much.

17/05/20 AVOID AVOID AVOID They discriminate against people who have disabilities. I put on my form I had arthritis in my knees and could not get on floor as it was painful even explained to trainer that when we first started the physical training he said that fine we will work with it. On last day of training when it came to doing the floor part of the training he took me into corridor and told me he could not pass me as could not complete the tasks even though he knew this at start. He told me I was a danger to the kids and myself. The manager said could not give me job without the training and they frog marched me out if building like a criminal. They left me with know job and I now have lost my confidence in myself. I have been doing support work for years but I feel like I am not able to do it again.
