Rang them earlier in the week asking them to order in FOUR tyres for my Audi Q7. The tyres on this vehicle are particularly big, so they had to order them in specially. They told me to come in at 3pm on the Thursday. I also had an MOT booked at 4pm that same day. My existing tyres were perished, so it was extremely important that the tyres be replaced before the MOT test. I got there at 3pm, and the berk behind the counter proceeds to ask me which two tyres I need replacing. I tell him that I need all four tyres replacing. He then proceeds to tell me that they only ordered in two tyres, because they don't LISTEN to their customers, obviously. I understandably get a bit annoyed over this, considering the fact I now have to reschedule my MOT test to the week after next and because I showed my frustration, the berk behind the counter, instead of being understanding, tells me that he's not going to fit the tyres and proceeds to call me a pr*ck as I'm leaving. Disastrous customer service, rude staff and an absolute dump of a workshop. Avoid.
