Never thought I'd find worse gps than Birmingham. I was wrong. 3 years of phone calls, refused appointments and " The NHS doesn't do that anymore" Moved to the next gp and lo and behold, I'm speaking to a gp face to face the next week and the moles that the NHS don't remove anymore, are being removed by the NHS...

Disgusting treatment, neglected my Dad, refused to see him when he needed to be seen, throwing up constantly, fobbed him off with anti acid tablets for a hernia that turned into a strangulated hernia that had obstructed his bowel and had to have emergency surgery to save his life, oh and they also missed an aneurysm that was close to bursting even the doctors at the hospital couldn't believe it. My Dad has been in heart failure for nearly 4 years and this is how this shambles of a medical practice treated him. Be prepared for a fight stirchley because my family and I are not letting you get away with this and keep doing this neglect to others. Nearly lost my Dad. You failed my family once before with the death of my 2 year old brother in 1994 due to neglect from the gp. Sort yourselves out!!!!!
