Jayne was really helpful in helping us find the right bed and the ordering process :) She was very kind and offered to get us drinks too.

An excellent, friendly team who did not push or trouble us. It was a lovely calm environment with beautiful furniture and when we approached a staff member, Gurj, he was delightful and offered fully informed information. He was able to advise regarding the furniture range that we were interested in and showed us alternatives. Gurj passed us on to a lovely young man, Morgan, who was also excellent and made the whole process super-easy. We went in for one sofa and left having purchased two, but that was due to the quality and prices, not a pushy overbearing salesman as can sometimes be the case in other stores! Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and we cannot wait to receive our furniture in a few weeks time Thank you

Me and my partner visited furniture village yesterday looking for a new bed where we were greeted by Tony. He welcomed us and offered us a drink, so immediately we felt relaxed. We had an idea of what we wanted by looking online but after seeing the bed in person, we wasnt so sure. We fell in love with another bed so Tony sat and drew up the figures for us, he was really helpful and explained all of the protections and insurances that we would really benefit from. We actually went away to look at other shops but as soon as we went into the shop next door, we walked straight back out! Because we didnt get the same welcoming, friendly feeling that we had in furniture village with Tony! So we went straight back and ordered the bed we fell in love with! It was a quick process to order the bed and sign all of the documents. We were offered another drink (bonus!) As first time buyers in a furniture shop, this was new to us and we didnt really know where to start but Tony was such great help every step of the way. And although the bed was a bank holiday deal, it was the service from Tony that sold it for us! I cant recommend furniture village more for their excellent staff, their homely environment and fantastic deals!
