Very poor customer service: rude, lazy and unprofessional staff. They want to do the minimum effort when it comes to delivering an item you buy from them, but still charge you for delivery. Avoid buying second-hand white goods from them if you do not want to waste your money. They will last you a month or two if you're lucky.

Filled our whole house for less than 500 Edit- it's been a year + and the only thing that has broken is the washing machine. Oven and all other appliances going strong! Edit. 2 years later and everything still works fine.

Teffible place bought a few things from them, but the shope's owner was very rude, so the next day he dumped everything outside my gate and just left. He left the table broken and didn't even bother to fix it In dealing with police and trading standards, these kinds of traders should be banned; they can't just cheat people like this
