        Naylors Row Car Park is a small ( about 50 spaces ) free car park at the far end of New Street which is the start of the pedestrianised centre of Wellington centre. It is a free car park , short stay ( up to 3 hours stay) and it has a ticket machine to give you a timed ticket after entering your vehicle registration. The 2 ticket machines are located at either end of the car park in the centres . It is well laid out with 'angled' parking on the sides and in the middle of the car park . About 4 Parking spaces for the disabled are positioned by the exit on the way out of Naylors Row Car Park . The nearest public toilets are in the open air bus station opposite the far end of the car park but they are not open outside the working day.
