Still waiting for a call back from someone months later - the family run business with terrible customer service - thank you Green Skips who provided a super service today - use them instead

We used Cartwright for a 20 yard roro skip to clear debris left at our business centre. The final invoice is over 1200. We were poorly advised by Cartwright. An 8yd skip costs 300. We would have been better taking 4 of these units, totalling 32yd. The response by the company on this matter was very poor. We feel that our business is not valued. We will avoid using them again. Hadnt hired a skip until recently and chose Cartwrights because they are a well known name and always look professional. The whole process was very simple having a very good website clear and easy to use with all the information required, the skip arrived early delivery was by a friendly cheerful driver, everything went perfectly well,excellent telephone communication,very quick response to collect with a very detailed emails regarding all stages of the process, truly professional probably the best at what they do.
