        My elderly father aged 83 visited Friday the 8 of October to get rid of some wood ,while there he noticed an elderly lady trying to put a hoover mower into the skips my father assisted her but put said item in the wrong skip ,one of your people had stood watching the entire process and when the item was put in the skip proceeded to berate my father for putting in wrong ,his language was colourful to say the least ,may I suggest you educate your staff on how to deal with the public and ask that they curb there language ,if it wasn't for us mere mortals they would not have a job ,this is not all your staff as I myself have used your facility many time and found yor staff to be most accommodating thank you for your time
