Big Jules's Desserts

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! Half the order missing ...the ice cream is like thick milk (in the bin) portions ,so tiny....this is the second time they've been beyond rubbish (believe in second chances). Delivered in nothing more than a plastic bag, no cool bag, overpriced especially for half an order (six items that's all that was ordered in total!) No one can answer my calls so they've not addressed their short comings or refunded or even offered to replace! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL BE LEFT THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND OUT OF POCKET!

DON NOT EAT HERE! I ordered from Duke of York which is with big Jules desserts and I feel physically sick! I ordered a meaty wrap and my partner a big Jules burger but half way through my food I noticed it to be very mouldy unfortunately my partner had already eaten all of his but now I'm worried that his was mouldy too! I'm glad I stopped eating mine but unsure if my partners food was okay!

Ordered cookie dough and a chocolate fudge cake. We were really impressed, both delicious and very decent sized portions. Would recommend and will be ordering again.
