        Dealt with some rude guy called Chris on the phone. Was expecting a cabinet this week, no correspondence and when I phoned up to cancel it they said something and hung up on me.... very professional- NOT

        If you're going to offer a click and collect service then for goodness sake make yourself easy to find. I got there in the end but crikey, it was like searching for The Holy Grail.
