Been here since I was a child, cant believe how bad its gotten. My elderly grandad went last week and when he arrived he was told the appointment had been cancelled and he had been rang and left a message for him, they hadnt. I had checked their phone call log. My mum when earlier this week and sprained her ankle when leaving on the massive pot hole line at the bottom of the accessible path, shocking. My own appointment had been changed from madeley to a different location without my knowledge. I never write reviews but this really needs to be changed!

Had several appointments recently always helpfull desk staff & the lady Doctor also very pleasent & helpfull

What can I say ,I had a appointment for a health check .I arrived on time to be told by a lovely receptionist that the doctor was not there yet and would I like to wait ,so I said I would after ten minutes she asked if I wanted to make another appointment because they didnt think the doctor would be arriving at the practice So the doctor should of been at the practice but never arrived ,but would of been paid ,what the hell is going with these doctors????? I can say its not the reception staff its the doctors not doing what they have already been paid to do .Shocking is a understatement!!!!
