        Still have my car despite saying I'd have it back Thurs/Friday (today is Saturday). In fairness they didn't say what week they meant. Made to use them via a non fault accident and damage to my car caused by someone else. Left with a petrol guzzling rental car when I'd rather have just had mine repaired in a timely manner and returned when they said

        I don't normally complain about services but these were shocking. I had read the bad reviews but I had no choice to use them as it was put through LV insurance. They did not complete the repairs and lied to me that everything had been done. I'm so upset by the whole ordea,l they took my money and didn't complete the job.
