Illuminate FX Audio Visual

We went last year and it was easily one of the worst grottos we've ever been to. It was a good laugh though, because of how bad it was. Thought I'd add this review because the fact it had 5* is baffling, the photos make it look better than it is. Sorry I'm such a Scrooge. Ho ho ho.

We hired Illuminate FX for our wedding reception at Little Wenlock Village Hall and they did a fantastic job. They supplied a fairy light canopy as well as AV for speeches. The team were so on time that they actually arrived at the venue to set up before we did! Really friendly guys who got set up quickly and efficiently. The venue looked amazing with their lovely lighting, and the sound during the speeches was great. They also arrived promptly to pack away the day after which made the whole experience stress-free. Communication over email before the event was great. Would definitely recommend.

Chris was very good, made it so easy throughout the whole process. Very reasonable to what I was quoted. 2nd time I have used them, definatly recommend. Brilliant to deal with.

We had the most fantastic wedding day and was made even better by hiring illuminates lights, they really did make a difference to our venue. They set up and organised everything and didnt need any support from us. Great communication through the whole process. They were very accommodating when we had to rearrange our special day several times. Top service!
