Rubbish unfit for purpose. Arrange appointments and then make you wait for two hours. Uncaring animals. Never offer doctor always a nurse which is sub standard. Oakengates doesn't have a reception but a ignorant bunch of females full of uncaring attitudes.

My spouse has been trying to get a routine appointment for the last 3 months without success. Keep being asked to ring back every day and they can't issue routine appointments. Not an acceptable standard from any public service.

I spent 5 days ringing every morning trying to get antibiotics for a chest infection & even went in to try & get some to no avail. I ended up ringing 111 who sent me to hospital where i spent 3 days having tests & medication. This use to be a great Surgery now you have more chance of winning the lottery then getting an appointment.

Has anyone seen a doctor from this surgery in the last two years. Its a complete joke!, Why are receptionists deciding how ill you are and whether you should see a doc, surely if I pay my national insurance I should be able to see a doctor. Its my right. My daughter goes to a surgery in Shrewsbury and she can just book an appointment and go. She doesnt have to give her life history to be considered either.

Just tried to get my covid booster at the walk in clinic. I arrived ten minutes before the start time but they had already begun. Long queue in narrow space. NO attempt at social distancing and very few masks and no staff attempting to put these simple measures in place. I have an autoimmune disease and asthma and although I do not come under the Government's criteria for supremely vulnerable, I am clinically vulnerable. I didn't stay. As an ex nurse I was appalled at the lack of infection prevention. The situation was ideal for transmission. And Teldoc get paid extra for this 'service'. I would prefer to give no stars at all.
