Disgusting seller and damaged products. I ordered a dressing table for my 4-year-old for a Christmas present and when I opened the box it was seriously damaged. They stated that will send a replacement only for the part but they did not. Now they offer me a 20% discount or return the product unopened.

Placed my order on the Teamson website on Thursday for a CU296 firepit. It arrived today Saturday 2 days after ordering, amazing. I can't wait to sit round my firepit with family & Friends at the weekend.. I am amazed how big the firepit is, it will definitely keep us all warm in the cooler evenings.. Putting the firepit together was so easy even a man could do it..lol sorry guys us girls are handy too... Website was so easy to use . Information before buying from the customer Care Team was also great, very informative about their products.

Placed order via ebay. Received a message a day later saying item out of stock for roughly 6 weeks and i could either wait or pick a different item. I messaged back stating i would just have a refund but never got it or any reply what so ever. Case raised with ebay now to get my money back. Avoid this hideous company.
