        Terrible customer service on self checkout and ambiguous rules on items included within challenge 25 policy. Came to purchase medication for my ill father and was greeted by rude staff saying I need ID when buying simple off the shelf pain relief medicine, even though the Asda website mentions nothing about medicine being included within challenge 25 policy. Absolute joke and will be shopping at Lidl from now on.

        Dont even bother ordering online. Twice Ive ordered online and theyve not put down substitutes items and cancelled items and when Ive went in the store the same day (as these was essentials I NEEDED) they was on the shelf. Staff are just lazy and cant be bothered to find peoples items!
