I ordered a tracksuit before Christmas hasnt come. Been nearly 2 weeks I ring them up I get the phone put down I txt them on whats app Thay read and ignore your messages not happy with this company

Not sure of his name but came in 2/12/22 after lunch and there was this very helpful man. He was tall and wearing a timberland top. Very very helpful and even did a little discount :). Thank you! Defo be back very soon x

Had wrong size denims sent out and I was late sending them back for exchange and missed the returns policy, happy to say the Buisiness owner called me to apologise and offer an exchange or refund. Thanks

Having purchased a few items from here I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. My son's shoes were deemed faulty and the store didn't want to know. They advised us that they couldn't help and we therefore had to contact the designer in Italy directly. I would expect that as the items sold here are prestige, that customer service would be exceptional. I'm afraid that is not the case.
