Newbie and Me Baby Store

Megan at the Telford Newbie and me was incredible. As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and our questions were answered right away. Excellent service would highly recommend asking for Megan, she made the demo process, so smooth and informative. We were even able to see if the pram we liked fit in the boot before purchasing. We cant wait to collect our pram bundle :) excellent store.

I have just bought a silvercross pushchairfrom here and am impressed by the friendly helpful staff. I phoned to ask if they had a particular pushchair in stock , unfortunatly they didnt but Megan who I spoke to suggested another one similar which as the store had a special event on she kindly offered to hold onto until I could get there. Megan went over and above for us as my daughter wasnt able to come with me Megan showed and explained how the pushchair worked over facetime to my daughter and son in law, which was a great help. We wanted the foot cover to go with it and again Megan took the time to source one from another store and has arranged for it to be delivered. I was really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Megan for all her help.

The team at Newbie & Me were great. Emily helped us and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly & patient! The shop has a good variety of travel systems and brands. We got a great deal on our Oyster travel system.

Megan assisted us at the newbie and me baby store. I was looking for a travel system and Megan was really helpful, she had great product knowledge on the travel systems and how to use them. She answered all my questions which helped me make the best decision for a travel system. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this store.
